(Regular Project Award 2018)

In winter 2018, Cognitive Science and Technologies Council of Iran (CSTC) and the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) launched a call for joint research projects among interested researchers affiliated with Research Institutions in Iran and the State of São Paulo (Brazil) in the multidisciplinary field of Brain and Cognitive Studies. The goal of CSTC and FAPESP was to form and strengthen collaboration among interdisciplinary teams of Iranian-Brazilian researchers in the selected areas, as well as on transferring and developing cognitive services and tools for the two nations.

It is now our pleasure to announce that among the six submitted proposals to this call for proposal, one of them has evaluated for having the qualification for balanced contribution of funding from each party for the period of two years. Detailed information of accepted proposal is listed in the table below.

Both FAPESP and CSTC would like to congratulate the abovementioned professors for accepting their proposals in this CFP. We also congratulate the scientific communities in both Iran and Brazil on this step in international cooperation and sharing of scientific data in the field of cognitive sciences.
